We are published! Mediation for Estate Planners: Managing Family Conflict was published by the American Bar Association in August 2016 and contains a chapter by Ellen Kandell, “A Mediator’s Perspective: Situations Mediators May Face”.
We are delighted to announce that Ellen F. Kandell, Esq. has been selected to participate as a mediation assessor in the CDRC Vienna IBA-VIAC Mediation competition in Austria this summer!! She is one of a team of 70 international dispute resolution professionals who have been invited to participate. Look for blog posts reporting on the trip.
